Returns and Complaints
Hygiene Austria guarantees you an unrestricted right of return up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. The prerequisite is that the goods are returned in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging with unbroken seals. The return costs will not be reimbursed. An exchange for cash is not possible. The right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this right of exchange.
An exchange of items ordered in the online shop is not possible. However, you can return items that do not fit or that you do not like within 14 days and will receive a refund of payments already made after the return has arrived.
