Find the products you want in our shop. Place your desired products in your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, you can log in or continue shopping as a guest. After registering or entering your address and personal data, choose one of the available payment methods. Depending on the payment method, you may be temporarily redirected to a partner site.
If the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail and soon afterwards a shipping confirmation.
You can view the entire range without obligation. Once you have decided on a product, you can register or simply shop without registering.
To register, you must provide your e-mail address, billing or delivery address and date of birth. If you have any questions, you can also give us your telephone number. When you create an online shop account, your data will remain saved and further orders will be simplified for you.
Click on "Login/Register" on the website. Choose between "I am already a customer of the Hygiene Austria Online Shop" or "I am a new customer".
"I am already a customer of the Hygiene Austria Online Shop": Select this option if you already have login data for the Hygiene Austria Online Shop. If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new password sent to you with "Forgot your password". Please note that for security reasons you should change the new password after the first login in "My Account".
"I'm a new customer": Choose this option if you don't have an online shop account yet. After entering all fields marked with *, you can create your online shop account and then continue shopping immediately.
If you want to delete your online shop account, please contact the service line. Please note that once deleted, you will no longer have access to deliveries that have already been made.

Online store account
With the creation of a Hygiene Austria online shop account you have the following advantages:
You get an overview of your personal data, your billing and delivery address and your orders.
In order to offer you the greatest possible flexibility, you can view your e-mail address, login information, telephone number and birthday and change them yourself.
Your data will be saved and it is no longer necessary to enter it for further orders.
After logging in, you can change your personal data at any time in "My Account".
You can have a new password sent to your e-mail address on the “Login/Register” page under “Forgot your password”. For security reasons, we recommend that you change the password that was sent to you after logging in to "My Account" for the first time.
Newsletter
The Hygiene Austria newsletter informs you regularly about current offers and news about Hygiene Austria!
You can register at any time and free of charge by entering your e-mail address at the bottom of every page and in your account settings in the "User account overview" and "Newsletter" sections.
With the Hygiene Austria newsletter, we keep you up to date about the latest offers, new products and special highlights without obligation and free of charge.
Open the newsletter and unsubscribe from the Hygiene Austria newsletter under "Unsubscribe from newsletter".
Payment options and vouchers
You can pay from the EU with all common means of payment that are available in your respective country.
Each online voucher or promotional code has a unique code. Enter this code in the shopping cart during the ordering process and then click on "REDEEM". The corresponding amount is immediately deducted from the subtotal and the difference that is still to be paid is displayed
A Hygiene Austria promotion code is a promotional voucher that you can redeem when shopping at hygiene-austria.at. Please note that you can only redeem one promotional code per purchase.

There is no minimum order value for orders from Hygiene Austria Online.
In the ordering process, it is possible to specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address.
Information on whether an item is immediately available can be found on the product detail page.
Returns and Complaints
Hygiene Austria guarantees you an unrestricted right of return up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. The prerequisite is that the goods are returned in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging with unbroken seals. The return costs will not be reimbursed. An exchange for cash is not possible. The right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this right of exchange.
An exchange of items ordered in the online shop is not possible. However, you can return items that do not fit or that you do not like within 14 days and will receive a refund of payments already made after the return has arrived.
We always strive to ensure the highest quality. Should there be any complaints, please contact our service line.
You can cancel your order upon receipt by returning it. Please use the return information enclosed with the delivery and the return label also enclosed.

You can visit and explore our website and online shop without having to provide any personal information. You remain anonymous during your visit, as it is never possible for us to identify you unless you log in with your email address and password.

An online shop account enables you to place your order quickly and conveniently, but is not absolutely necessary for successful order processing. You can view past orders in the online shop account. You can delete the online shop account at any time.
If you have registered for the newsletter, your e-mail address will only be used by Hygiene Austria LP GmbH to inform you about current offers, new collections and other news. You have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
In principle, we will not pass on your personal data to third parties. An exception applies to the forwarding of your data to the shipping company that we commission with the delivery of the goods you have ordered. In order to process payments, we also pass on your data to the bank commissioned with the payment.
If you have registered for the newsletter or created an online shop account, the personal data required for this will be transmitted to the commissioned external customer database operator and stored.
